TOWER HAMLETS: THE ART PAVILION

Venue:  The Art Pavilion, Mile End Park, Clinton Road, London E3 4QY

Dates:  Friday 5th October to Sunday 28th October: Wednesdays-Sundays

Open:  11am - 6pm.

Admission: FREE

Transport:  Mile End Tube Station; Buses: 25, 277, D6, D7

The exhibition will be on display as part of Tower Hamlets Council’s Black History Month programme as a way to help it reach out to local communities and new, east London audiences. The exhibition is also featured as part of this year's Photomonth East London Photography Festival.

The Art Pavilion is a stunning, glass-fronted architectural gem, and the council’s flagship gallery space. There will be a launch event on the evening of Thursday 4th October as part of the Whitechapel Gallery’s First Thursday’s initiative, to which all are welcome.

Dates: Monday 15th October to Sunday 28th October

Open: Mon-Wed 11am-6pm; Thu-Fri 11am-9pm; Sat 10am-4pm; Sun 2-6pm
